What we collect
When you use the "Book Free Consultation" form on this website, we ask for your first name, last name, phone number, and your preferred area of interest (for example, visa guidance or test preparation). We do not ask for payment details, passwords, or any other sensitive information through this form.
How we use it
This website has no backend database. Submitting the form does not save your details on our servers. Instead, the information you enter is used to prepare a pre-filled message, and you are handed off to WhatsApp to send that message to Brecy Education Services' own WhatsApp number. From that point on, your enquiry exists as a WhatsApp conversation, handled the same way as any other message sent to that number.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics to understand overall traffic (for example, which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit). This does not use tracking cookies and does not identify you personally.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to external sites — for example, the Commission for University Education (cue.or.ke) or WhatsApp. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control and this policy doesn't cover.
